The non-rechargeable Kodak Max Digital Camera Battery offers the following benefits:
- The longest life AA alkaline battery (up to 3X the pictures) in a digital camera
- Convenience (no need for charging or chargers)
- Excellent value (less expensive than AA lithium batteries)
In a series of tests, Kodak Max Digital Camera Batteries were compared with the AA-size high-drain alkaline batteries most often used in digital cameras. Results showed the Kodak battery enabled people to take up to three times the pictures than any AA alkaline battery in a digital still camera. This translates into 150 pictures with the new Kodak product versus approximately 40-50 pictures with a set of AA premium alkaline batteries when tested in a Kodak EasyShare DX3600 Zoom Digital Camera.
“Our new Kodak Max Digital Camera Battery addresses a top concern among digital camera users – battery life,” said James DeJager, Technical Director for Consumer Imaging’s Battery business. “As a long-time leader in the design and manufacture of digital camera products, including batteries, Kodak has delivered yet again a cutting-edge advance that makes the digital imaging experience easier than ever for consumers.”
The AA-sized non-rechargeable oxy-alkaline battery fits almost 50 percent of digital cameras in Europe and worldwide.
The Kodak Max Digital Camera Battery joins the company’s portfolio of high-performance batteries including: Kodak Max Alkaline Batteries, Kodak Max Rechargeable Batteries and Kodak Max Lithium Batteries.
The Kodak Max Digital Camera Battery will be available from October 2002 at RRP £7.99.
