Kodak Health Imaging Service Announce Personnel Changes

Kodak has announced that Graham Giles, Northern Regional Service Manager for Health Imaging Service has retired after 33 years with the Company. In that time he served his time as an engineer, a Call Centre Manager and for the past ten years Manager of Kodak’s Northern Service Team of 45 engineers servicing Kodak’s wide range of imaging products.

As a consequence and in line with Kodak’s objective to maintain and develop it’s customer-focused service delivery, Toby Woodhouse, National Services Manager – UK & Ireland has announced the following two appointments:

Paul Reed
Kodak recruited Paul in 1990, joining the Company initially as a minilab engineer. The following year he cross-trained on both Graphic and Health Imaging product portfolios working as a Team Leader with responsibility for the North East, Yorkshire and Cumbria areas. For the past eight years he has worked exclusively for Health Imaging across a full range of analogue and PACS products. Paul is appointed Northern Regional Operations Manager.

Paul Swinburn
Paul has worked for Kodak’s Health Imaging Group since 1990, starting as a field service engineer in the East Anglia region. Promotion shortly followed to senior engineer and then to TRR, a technical support role, leading a service team in Central London. During his time in this post, Kodak introduced the industry’s first "walking” equipment engineer for Central London, an initiative that has now grown to a team of four. 2000 saw Paul promoted again to Service Team Leader a post he held until his recent promotion to Southern Regional Operations Manager.

Kodak is a trade mark
